A loyal audience with no way to reach them directly.

Savada Home had been selling handmade mugs on Etsy since 2015. Over the years they built something real: thousands of favorited products, repeat buyers, glowing reviews, and customers shipping to 15 countries. But all of that lived on Etsy’s platform, under Etsy’s rules, and inside Etsy’s inbox.

When they were ready to grow, they hit the ceiling every Etsy seller eventually hits. They had no way to email their customers directly, no brand identity they fully owned, and no system to bring people back after a first purchase. The data was there. The audience was there. What they needed was someone to help them use it.

Savada Home to Artisan Morning.
A new home for a growing brand.

The first step was building something they could own. We helped them migrate from Etsy to Shopify, launch under a new brand name that better reflected who they were, and set up the infrastructure to start capturing and owning their customer data.

Launching a new storefront in Q4 is not for the faint of heart. But with the right email strategy in place from day one, we made sure no visitor left without a reason to come back.

Automated flows that worked around the clock.

With the store live, we built out the email and SMS sequences that would do the heavy lifting during the busiest shopping season of the year. Every flow was designed around one goal: turning interest into a purchase and a purchase into a repeat buyer.

  • Welcome series. New subscribers received a warm introduction to the brand, the story behind the mugs, and a reason to make their first purchase.
  • Abandoned cart recovery. With $2,610 in carts left behind, automated emails went out to nudge shoppers back at exactly the right moment.
  • Post-purchase flow. Every buyer heard from us after their order, building the kind of relationship that turns a one-time customer into someone who comes back for gifts, for themselves, and for people they love.
  • Repeat buyer campaigns. We used purchase history to identify the customers most likely to buy again and gave them a reason to do it during Q4.

A brand new store. A record Q4.

In four months, Artisan Morning went from a single Etsy listing page to a fully owned eCommerce brand with a global customer base, an email list they control, and automated systems that keep working long after Q4 ended. The numbers tell part of the story. The part that matters most is that they now own their audience and have the tools to keep growing it.
