How it works
1. Free strategy call. We look at your account together and confirm the Flow Bundle is the right fit. No pitch, no pressure.
2. Week 1: audit and fixes. You give us Klaviyo and domain access. We audit the account, fix deliverability and agree the brief for your flows.
3. Week 2: design and copy. We write and design all 11 emails in your brand. You review and request one round of changes.
4. Week 3: build, test and launch. We build the flows in Klaviyo, test them in real inboxes, turn them on and hand it all over with a short guide.
What do you need from me?
Klaviyo admin access, access to your domain’s DNS (or your developer), your logo and brand assets, product photos, your offer and discount rules, and about 45 minutes for a kickoff call.
Does the price include ongoing management?
No. The Flow Bundle is a one-time project. When it is done, you own everything we built. If you want us to run campaigns and keep improving the system, we can move you to a monthly plan, and if you sign up within 30 days of handoff, we take $500 off your first month.
Which email platforms do you work in?
The Flow Bundle is built in Klaviyo. We are Klaviyo certified partners.
What is not included?
Campaign sends, SMS, list growth, ad creative, product photography, and flows beyond the four listed. Extra flows can be added for an additional fee.
How is this different from the quick fixes?
Each quick fix solves one problem. The Flow Bundle combines the audit, the deliverability fix and four flows into one project with testing and a handoff, at a lower price than buying them separately.
How many Flow Bundles do you take at a time?
We take on three Flow Bundles a month so each one gets direct attention. If this month is full, we will tell you the next open start date.
