FAQs
What actually happens on the Email Strategy Call?
Naomi will ask you a few questions about your business and what you’re selling. Then she’ll ask for a quick look at your Klaviyo account — live, on the call. You’ll leave with a clear picture of what’s working, what isn’t, and what the biggest opportunity is. No deck, no pitch, no pressure.
Is this just for big brands?
No. We work with eCommerce brands at all stages. What matters is that you have a real product and you’re ready to take email seriously.
Do I need to share my Klaviyo password?
No. We just need view access — you can add us as a read-only user in under a minute, or share your screen on the call. Either works.
What makes you different from a Klaviyo freelancer?
A freelancer builds flows. We build a retention program — strategy, copy, design, segmentation, and testing, all maintained and optimized on an ongoing basis. It’s a different scope.
Do you work with brands under $1M/month in revenue?
Yes, but the fit matters more than the revenue number. If you have an active Klaviyo account and a real product with repeat purchase potential, we’re worth talking to.
Is The First Flow a one-time thing?
The First Flow is a standalone deliverable — one flow, built and launched. No ongoing commitment. A lot of clients use it as a way to see how we work before moving to a full program.
What does $2,500/month actually include?
Full program management — strategy, copy, design, build, and send. We handle every email and SMS touchpoint in your retention program. You review and approve; we do everything else.
What if I already have existing flows on Klaviyo?
Good — we work directly in your existing account. We audit what’s there, fix what’s broken, and build what’s missing. Nothing gets wiped.
How long before we see results?
Most clients see measurable lift in email revenue within the first 60 days. The first 30 are setup and audit. By day 45 you typically have your core flows live and your first optimized campaigns sending.
Do agencies get a discount on services?
Yes. White label pricing is different from our direct client pricing. We’ll walk you through the structure on a call — it’s built to protect your margins.
Do you sign NDAs?
For agencies, every white label engagement starts with one. Your clients never know we exist unless you want them to.
